Admin settings (trial)
Timer cap is one number in app.js: MAX_TIMER_SECONDS. Change it there and redeploy — no rebuild of the whole app is needed for a future topic that needs more time. In the Supabase version this will be stored in the settings table (see supabase-schema.sql).
School-only link. Students see stars, teachers see percentages. No SmartScore, no penalty, no back-to-zero. Awards are never taken away.
